The Knowledgebase is excellent! It is very comprehensive, and easy to use to move from section to section and entry to entry. The whole set-up and publishing process is laid out step by step from start to finish, so you can just work your way through it, and go back to refer to it time and again. As it is on-line there is no need to save it and take up memory, and it can be constantly updated to be as accurate as possible!
